Thumbs up TP@GC Homeowner

I just moved into my new home here at Town Park. (2weeks) Prior to here, we lived just across Airline Blvd in a community named River Breeze. We get along pretty well around here. Yes, there is a not so nice community named Holly Cove, but they really only cause problems for themselves. I'd say they are more of an eyesore if anything. And rumor has it; the city of Chesapeake is in the midst of fixing that in the near future. I know I wasn't going to let the reputation of some mislead kids get in the way of the great opportunity of a 2200sq ft home, with outstanding standard features, at a price that's a complete steal. We looked at other new developments, and nothing could change our minds about Towne Park. I look forward to seeing the changes that will be made to Holly Cove. The schools are great, and the area is perfect being located centrally near whatever I may need. I hope my opinion helps.

Default Towne Park Policy

dachimasta,

Now that you have lived in the area for about 3 weeks, perhaps you could shed some light on the pet policy at Towne Park? We are looking at the area and will would like to move in with one small breed dog and a cat to be followed by another small four legged wonder. We are diligent about cleaning up after our pets and have become very attached to them over the years. We definetly do not want to give them up; however, we are looking to buy somewhere.

If you could, please help us out. Thank you.
