How about Chinese or Italian restaurants in Va beach, chesapeake area. Are there any Italian deli's or good markets? Are there any farmers markets? What type of supermarkets are there in VA. Nj has Path-mark,Shop-rite, Stop -n-shop and Wegmen's etc. What BJ's and Costco wholesale clubs. Do they have Ralphs's ice there?

Yeah Hmpt Roads is BIG on the walmart mentality. And if you're coming from anywhere near NYC, brace yourself for one seriously massive letdown food-wise.

We lived there for over 5 years and had never found a good deli. My husband was always on the hunt for the perfect Italian sub and never found it.
