What is going on in HR with lightning strikes?

It killed a 23 year old last week, a horse yesterday, a house 2 weeks ago caught fire, and I think there was another incident last month as well where someone was killed by a strike at the beach.

I was just in Tampa a few days ago to see a concert and the lightening was very scary!! I missed the first part of the show because we did not want to walk over to the Ford Amphlitheater from the hotel because it was sooo bad!
