Hey me again...

Hubby and I stumbled across this listing while we were looking around realtor.com....

Anyone living in VA beach have an opinion.... It offers the size we need.. a yard for our dogs... and looks like it has been kept up well.. However... What about the neighborhood???

Thank you!!

Indian Lakes is pretty good and Salem High isn't bad.

Thank you for the reply...

Danz...that has something to do with stucco or something right?? What exactly does your statement mean.. that is in the process of being bought... Or to stay away from a propery that is under home/EIFS inspection contingency....

No, it just meant there's a ratified contract and the buyer requested a home inspection which the seller agreed to and based on this home inspection, the buyer will present to the seller those deficient items that needs to be fixed. If the seller agrees to make the repairs, these must be completed in a workmanlike manner prior to a walk through. If you need further assistance please feel free to email me.

Hey, it looks like this place may be sold soon. I am very familiar with Indian Lakes and recommend it for a good starter neighborhood. There are low HOA fees which pay for playgrounds, tennis courts, a clubhouse and community pool. There are plenty of detached homes for sale in Indian Lakes comparible to the price of the townhome you just asked about. Most of them have only 3 bedrooms but have 2 and a half baths and fenced back yards. Check into it. It is in the Kempsville area and the schools are good. Most homes in 23464 zipcode are decent and a good price as well. Good luck.

For Home Buyers: Home Inspection Contingency (http://www.choice3realty.com/for_buyer/000083.html - broken link)

This gives a better explanation. I had my home that I sold inspected as well as the one I bought. It protects both parties.
