Smile Relocating in Va Beach!

Hi there! Sorry, I'm sure many people ask about the Va Beach area, but I just have to ask. I'm looking to rent a townhome/home under $1200, and found some in the Windsor Oaks, Kempsville Lake or Thalia Village areas. Are these neighborhoods family friendly to live in? My husband is in the navy, so safety for me and my family is very important. Schools, not a big deal since my child isn't old enough to go till we move again. Thanks for your time.

OMG yes! The areas are very nice, and the city park isn't far from your door! Enjoy

I'd chose the one closet to Windsor Woods elementary school..check it out, newly built and in a nice neighborhood! Our district votes there and they did a great job!
Welcome to Windsor Woods Elementary

You should try the Kingston, Kings Grant, Great Neck area. School systems much better in those areas.
