Yeah
1. I think the Hampton Roads area is very boring. There really isn't much to do in here.
2. The people here suck basically. The ones I come across are very stuck up so it's very hard to make friends here.
3. People here drive way too slow. Most of the time when there is a green light people don't drive, they just stop and look at the light. Green light means GO, not stop.
4. I don't like the school system here either. That's why my parents took me out of public schools.
I'm sure some people will agree with me and there are some people who love Hampton Roads. My reasons are just my opinion.

1. There is lots of stuff to do. You could fill a few weeks visiting various interesting things.
2. Yea, they do. It's because the cool people leave, and leave behind the lamers.
3. Don't you hate that? By the time the whole row of slow-minded people get in motion, 5 people lost their chance to make it through the light.
4. Dunno about schools. My high school wasn't terrible (when I went there).

Hm. I certainly hope that's a mistake made only once. Sorry to hear that happened. I read the other thread referenced in that post. Boy what a welcome huh? <Welcome to Virginia Beach... And give me $100+ cash now or I'll impound your car! >. Wow.
I can see why you are so driven to leave as well.
Yes this type of sign exists in every town/city. But I have noticed they are more prolific here. Perhaps cities around the country are now more monotonous in this respect (they *all* have more parking signs). Maybe when we relocate we can report back on that particular item.

LOL. Typical response from a typical local misanthrope.
People such as yourself are yet another reason Hampton Roads is an unpleasant place to live.
Have a nice life.

No this is not opinions this is facts.. The thing is these people from here are used to this already so this is normal for them. Now if you are a transplant like me, people will know that this place is very boring, and what you have just stated is true.

No this is opinions. Note the lack of quantification, the modifiers (basically, most of the time), and the personal asides ( I don't like).
Plus, with an attitude of "the people here suck. The ones I come across are very stuck up" I am absolutely amazed Ashlae isn't mobbed with people wanting to be friends; thinking people suck and are stuck up is usually a ticket to lasting, life-long friendships.
