Smile New to williamsburg virginia

I'm new to the area of williamsburg, va and need some help find a place to rent that within my budget. I am single with no children and I'm looking for a one bedroom or loft type place. Renting for no more than $700 per month. If someone can help me with my search that would be great!
Thanks!!

That's a pretty tight budget for Williamsburg. Have you maybe looked at some of the properties marketed to students?

Default Hey! Have u thought of a roomate!

I'm new to Williamsburg, (single, no kids) as well and that's exactly the problem of my budget. If you are still looking, there are some great luxury apartments in our price range (splitting the rent of course) Sterling Manor at High street and the first mo is free with 2 more amoticized through the term of the lease.

You can email me at cminnifield@hotmail.com or goddeliveredme@yahoo.com. I already sent you an email b/c I wasn't sure if you would get the post or the email first.

Thanks,
Catrina

Avoid apartments at Merrimac Trail, if possible. New Town area has a lot of nice apartments, but the price may be a little higher than your budget.
