Default Beach Houses
Looking for recommendations of beach house rental companies that allow wedding parties? The wedding would be in September or October of 2009. Ideally, the rental(s) would be located close to shopping, spas, and restaurants.

Really the only major beach rentals are in the Sandbrige section of the city which is in southern Va Bch, unless you just happen to find an owner that rents out his beach house in the Northern section of the city which is rare but much closer to the strip which has all of the shopping, spas, and restaurants that you are looking for. From Sandbridge plan on at least a 15 minute plus drive to get back to the heart of Va Bch...

Most don't allow wedding parties, but you can ask them directly and see what the company policy is versus the individual house policy. Try ERA Atkinson Realty for North End rentals and Sandbridge Realty for southside rentals.
