Default Mapble Bay vs Courtyards of Chanticleer or other Townhome communties
I am looking to rent a townhome in the VB/Norfolk area (under $1500), does anyone know anything about either of these communties or maybe can suggest another one to research? Thanks!!

Try King's Grant Landing South townhomes. They are privately owned, but some are for rent. Nicer area than the ones you mentioned. Probably around $1,300 month.
