Default New Years Eve help

My wife has been in a contract position since August in Virginia Beach. I will be visiting (Charlotte resident) over New Years and need help finding a nice venue for New Years Eve. We would prefer to stay as close as possible to the hotel at the beach, but am open to other suggestions. Thanks for your help.
