York County has 65k + population. As it stands The Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News, VA-NC MSA more commonly known as the Hampton Roads Metropolitan area includes the foloowing areas in Virginia and North Carolina.

Gloucester County, Isle of Wight County, James City County, Mathews County, Surry County, York County, City of Chesapeake, City of Hampton, City of Newport News, City of Norfolk, City of Poquoson
City of Portsmouth, City of Suffolk,City of Virginia Beach, City of Williamsburg & Currituck County NC

Are we supposed to secede ?

LOL well if we do secede don't put me in charge of coming up with the new name. I've already demonstrated a complete lack of skill in that department.
