Default Surf Club Ocean Grille

Anyone been here? How's the food? What's the dress code like? Any reviews at all would be greatly appreciated

I would NOT recommend this place. I went back in Dec for a friends birthday party. I found a fly/bug with wings in my drink and the waitress was EXTREMELY rude. We were literally the only ones in the restaurant and the food took forever. It's super expensive for what you get. One of my friends ordered the lump crab cake pasta ($26 plate) and there was barely to no crab at all in it. I will never go back.

FABULOUS! Dined for lunch on May 19, 2009:
perfect ocean view, great waiter, elegant experience without
super-high cost.
she-crab soup = one of the best = $6
salmon salad with mango dressing = superb/delightful change, AND key lime pie came with the salad, all for $9 = pie was possibly the best I've had.

Not your "same old lunch salad"......we loved everything!

Joette

I ate there and found it very average. It's in the Wyndhan at oceanfront. There are lots of restaurants in the area with better she crab soup, namely Rudee's and Chick's. I also had the key lime pie and I'm pretty sure it was frozen. Dress code is not an issue there.
