Default Large land aquisition in Sussex County, Va.

I heard recently that a very large tract of land was purchased by the state of Virginia and the Nature Conservancy from a paper company in that area. What is this to be, a new large state park? Just wondering, an elderly relation of mine in Waverly asked what was going on with this.
