It's not that at all. This is a forum for people to come get advice and opinions on all manner of subjects regarding HR. It wouldn't be very usefull if all the opinions were the same. You have a right to yours just like everyone else. As I said before, I was just curious what was keeping you here. Good luck in your future move.

Perhaps NOVA. You'd still be near your friends here in HR and there are some pretty cool things happening up there. I recruited developers/engineers for numerous great companies that were doing exciting, independent, creative projects in the DC area. I can't say I miss the traffic which is a whole different animal than HR's but overall the downtown seen was fun and the jobs were good.

Just a suggestion from a guy that remembers that "I don't want to live here anymore" feeling from his 20's.

Exclamation You Need an Attorney's Advice or Local Tenant Association

I think you could possibly get bad advice on these boards. You really need to go to a good source to get this info. Some of the questions you ask may constitute legal advice and people who act on behalf of attorneys could get in trouble for giving such advice on various contract law (i.e., rental leases).

So, the best advice is to see an attorney, other legal professional or visit your community center to see if they have any tenant advocacy center.
