Default How long is commute from Va Beach to Portsmouth at rush hour?
I just moved from MN and don't know traffic here yet. I have a meeting at 8:00 AM at the Portsmouth Base. I know there is some back-up at the downtown tunnel, but how much time should I give myself? I would be coming from where 264 begins.

As long as traffic is moving, it takes about 10-15 min to get thru the tunnel in a rush hour situation.
