Will be starting work in Virginia Beach Chesapeake area next week. Am looking for recommendations for a hotel w/kitchenette for a week or two . Doesn't have to be big and fancy, just a clean decent place to stay for a reasonable price. Having been looking at Extended stayamerica and intown suites on line. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanx!

Residence Inns are a bit pricey. The new one downtown is nice and I enjoy staying in them while on travel, but they are not cheap or reasonable.

I've used Intown suites in the area for a couple weeks. It was nothing fancy, but it did have a small kitchenette and it was very inexpensive compared to other places.
