Default Moving to the Langley area

I have searched the forum and can't find my answers, so thought I would start a new thread.
As far as neighborhoods, I am looking for a middle class neighborhood with decent schools. We will be able to afford up to 2k a month for rent and would like to store our 35 foot camper and 3 atvs at the house. Are there any atv trails around? We also own three cats (all fixed and declawed).
I am a sped teacher- I enjoy working with the autisitic population. I have 2 masters degrees- sped and curriculum & instruction. I would love to hear from other teachers!! We have 3 kids. Is there an option for full day kindergarten and if so how much is it monthly? Right now I am looking at 150 a month. I am also looking at getting my doctorate soon in Applied Behavior Analysis...any need for a licensed BACB out there?
Thanks so much!
Lynette

Well... can you at least tell me if kindergarten is full or half day and how much is full day?

I suggest Southern York County. The schools are the best in Hampton Roads. I remember when i attended YCPS that the kindergarden was half day.

Hi froggin4colorado...

York County is a great area! Most Hampton Roads public schools only run a half-day of kindergarten, but maybe you could have them go to a learning center or something like that for the other half?

Also, just wanted to let you know we have a gorgeous home on the water, just a little bit north of Langley. We could either do a rent-to-own or owner-financed purchase on the house, and the monthly payment would be around 2500. It has 4/5 BR and a large backyard (plenty of room to park your RV). Let me know if you are interested-

Kindergarten in the York County School District is Full Day. You do not pay for Kindergarten.

I too would recommend lower Yorktown/York County. 23693 zipcode.
