There were approximately 82 out of 180 of those townhomes that had water intrusion in past storms. Those units will require flood insurance if you have a mortgage. Some of the causes have been fixed but it still an ongoing problem. Theo owners were actually petitioning the county to buy them since they felt it was the county's fault that flooding was occurring. Depending on your price range there are many others to choose from around the area.
