Default apts/homes rentals in VA

I'm from a small Southeast Ga town and I wanted to know if all 2 or 3 bedroom rental properties in the Norfolk area are over $700? If so, why? Is this city for the military that can afford these prices or for all residents? What about the small people?

Yeah they all are!

Part because of the military, mostly because it's a major metropolitan region and not a small town in Ga lol.

When you almost have two million people, your going to have higher prices. It's supply-demand.

Yes, the cost of living in Norfolk is pretty high, even in undesirable areas.
