I'm all for it. I don't like the $500 fine, though.

Doesn't that sound like an episode of That 70's Show? The Delegate sitting in the circle with 4 interns coming up with this?

I wonder what constitutes "small amounts of the drug"? also it says
allow doctors to prescribe, and pharmacists to dispense...And then paying your copay? I wonder if you could buy it at Walmart for $4

Will they be competitive with the street market price? I'm sure they would bump up the price. So Glaucoma Grandma will have to score her lid on the street.

Just my wandering thoughts

....

I am still trying to wrap my head around the thought of a dispensary in VA of all states! I am not opposed for pot being used for medicinal purposes but I don't think this bill has any chance of getting passed.

Funny thing.....when people who have family members that are survivors of cancer. Like any other Prescription drug, if it helps to heal, it should be legal. Recreational use is a whole different story!

I volunteer at the American Cancer Society and after getting a glimpse of what these patients have to endure, marijuana should definitely be legalized in instances such as a form of therapy and alternative methods for healing.
