Midtown apartments are beautiful and in a great location. I recently visited and checked out a few models. I will be attending Hampton University - College of Virginia Beach Nursing School (campus is at Town Center) so it would be a perfect place for me to live, however my budget is $800-900 max so a little out of my league there, but it's beautiful! I wish I could live there.

Does anyone know of decent apartments in the Town Center area within my budget. I'm looking for a safe, modern complex with washer/dryer in unit. I have looked at other apartments off of Bonney Road, which do not seem as safe as Midway.

I'd suggest picking up the Apartment guide or looking on Craigslist. There's a fair amount of complexes around the area if you want to go a bit of a ways from Town Center. There's one off of Independence heading towards 264 whose name escapes me at the moment.

I don't hear any jet noise at Town Centre or in my apt at Midtown.

Chase Arbor Apartments aren't bad. Or Runaway Bay Apartments too.

I have been searching craigslist, but I have not seen anything quite yet. I have seen a few from Studio 56, but all are already rented out. The apartment guide is a great idea; thank you.

As far as Chase Arbor and Runaway Bay - I have heard that both of those are very bad with high crime rate. I have even checked reviews to see for myself and they are in fact, true statements. :-/ I appreciate your input though. Thank you for your help!

Hopefully, I can find something soon.
