Thank you ICUNURSE for taking the time to reply to me. I would like to ask anyone how much parking fees are at PA Place or Executive House and if either of them have dishwasher and or garbage disposal. I think rent at Executive House is. 795 for 1bedroom standard not fancy apartment and that includes everything but cable/internet.

Parking at PA Place is 90 for uncovered 100 for covered. I just moved into a 1BR this week and it has a both a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. Also, they just finished updating all of the washers/dryers in the laundry room yesterday.

Not sure if your still looking for information - but I just wanted to chime in and let you know I looked at both PA Place and EH when I moved to Harrisburg. I ultimately went with EH because I felt I was getting a bit more for my money. I spoke with some residents before signing the lease, and based on their good reviews picked EH. I've been here since February and I am very happy with my decision. The building has recently had a lot of work done, both inside and out and it looks great. The office is super friendly and helpful, and the location cant be beat. I haven't met any residents that aren't friendly, and its a quiet building. My apartment has new carpet and was painted before I moved in, and was very clean. The kitchen appliances aren't super new, but they work well and are enough for my needs. Overall I would give my experience here a 4.5 out of 5. (I have a studio for $675 w all utilities included)
