Internet Connections in Harrisburg suburbs. (Paxtonia: lease, home, neighborhood)

I am looking for some fairly priced internet options in the Harrisburg suburbs. I live in the Paxtonia area and Verizon FIOS is in our neighborhood, they charge me 49.99 (no taxes or fees) for service. I pay slightly less than a new subscriber would. I do not have a home phone line, however one has always existed in my home. I am not a huge internet user and ocasionally watch videos, use social media, etc. no downloading HD movies or major online gaming.

I was wondering what other options anyone else in the Greater Harrisburg area knows about, and roughly what they pay. I tried looking online, the cheapest I found was Clear Internet at 35.00 a month + equipment.

CenturyLink isnt available in my area, but in newville, shippensburg & chambersburg they have fairly priced DSL for 19.99. DISHtv offers internet service for exactly what I pay 39.99 a month + 10.00 euipment lease fee.

Has anyone had luck with Comcast? AT&T? Frontier? Earthlink? TimeWarner? etc? I looked into getting dry-loop AKA freestanding DSL but cant find coverage in my area. Any information would be helpful.
