Default best asian cuisine in honolulu

Anyone have any favorites for the following types of asian food?

I love eating out, and I want to take full advantage of what honolulu has to offer...

Thai? (my favorite)

Japanese/sushi?

Vietnamese?

Korean?

Other?

I'm a sissy so Thai food is not my favorite (too spicy).

Japanese - we love Tanaka's of Tokyo located in the Ilikai hotel in Waikiki. Great Teppanyaki there. If you go, ask for Greg to be your chef! He's hilarious!

Vietnamese - nah, I don't do that kind either.

Korean - I love the fast food style Korean places like Pearl's or Yummy's, which are located all over, but for good, sit down style, I like Seoul Garden (yes, it's near the strip club Femme Nu).

Japanese/sushi? Yanagi Sushi, Nobu's, Tanaka of Tokyo

Vietnamese? Baile, Pho Bistro

Korean? Sorabol

Sushi = Sushi Masa at Ward Center (expensive)
Other Japanese food = Mr. Ojisan on Kapahulu Ave.
