"Bearded Dragon" is a term used to cover a couple dozen lizards. Most are on the prohibited list and can not be brought to Hawaii. Some are on the restricted conditional list. Some are allowed. Do you know the FULL common name or the scientific name? Example Nullarbor bearded dragon is the common name for one type and the scientific name is Pogona Amphibolourus Nullabor. if you have the scientif name, I can check as we speak, if yuo know just the common name, it make take a few minutes to cross reference. Its important to know exactly what you have to avoid Hawaii's position on reptiles "When in dought - Keep it out!"

I'd venture to say that bringing it to Hawaii is a definite 'NO!".

There is a $200,000.00 fine for prohibited species if found in your possession in HI.

Sherri, ran a cross check on all combos of "lizard" "bearded" "dragon" using common and scientific names and they are all prohibited. So it looks likethye are not allowed. You should call the HI dept of Agriculture to verify.
