Default Moving in 2 weeks! Child care and schools in Central Maui...
Looks like we're moving for sure! My husband will be working in Kahului, and we'll be living in Wailuku...

Can anyone recommend a preschool? I'm also looking for full-time (M-F, day time hours only) child care for my younger two, does anyone know of anyone they'd trust their own with?

Any thoughts on Maui Waena Middle School??

Momma,

No real opinion on Maui Waena, but it's reputation is not very good.

As far as pre-school/day-care goes, check out Kahi Kamalii. It's located next to the Cameron Center, right below the hospital, in a relatively new building. It's for kids ages 1-3, so you'd be able to get a year out of it.
