Every region has it's colloquialisms....'Yknow what I'm saying' in New York. 'You betcha' in Fargo. 'How y'all doin'?' in Texas.

What are some very strong colloquialisms that you'd strongly associate with being in Hawaii?

I don't know that Hawaii even has "colloquialisms", because it has Pidgin English.

Similar to "Know what I mean?" or the Canadian "eh" ..... "Yea" is very frequent.

It's good, yea? Low price, yea?
I found it rather funny to say yea, just to see how many people I could get to say it back. It's almost involuntary for many folks.

I also remember a couple more:
1) Ahh Riiiight!
2) "That's Why." Example: A young woman working a kiosk at a Mall was taking a break, when I mentioned to her, someone was over at her Kiosk needing help - and her reply - "I'm on break, That's Why."
