Your correct on that info. But what do you expect from a city(Vegas) that makes it illegal to feed homeless people.

Ok even if the oneway ticket program goes into effect it going to just be a drop in the bucket for the homeless issue. Recent stats on Hawai'i homeless is that 3.3 percent of the homeless population are people who have lived in Hawai'i less then a year(dreamers)
