The easiest way: request a CMA (Current Market Analysis) from a Realtor. We can access this information through the MLS and email it to you in a very user-friendly format. A CMA has click-able links to the Public Record Data and the MLS listing data.

When requesting a CMA, have your TMK (tax map key) number available and an email address (you will want to receive the CMA via email so that you can use the links to research the information).
