There are still plenty of Financing Options for Lava Zone 1 and up

Really? Financing has really dried up as far as I've noticed. For anything except absolutely box stock standard financing it isn't available. Banks are asking for twenty to fifty percent down and will only finance up to seventy five or eighty percent of the value. That pretty much means they are only financing twenty five to sixty percent of the value these days. There aren't that many that will touch renovations, either, only one I've found.
