Nurse84 is on a distinguished road
Default nurse moving to HI

Hello Everyone. I am looking for tips/advise on my hopeful move to Oahu next summer. My husband and I have always wanted to live there and we have been saving up for the move for a while. We are in our early 20's and figure we should move now before we have kids and rent for a year to be sure we like it. I am a ER nurse and hope to work at Quens Medical Center. Any tips on where to look to rent a SFH or townhouse in a safe area with not to long of a drive to work. (I woud work 7am-7pm and hope to miss most of the traffic). Also Should I just sell most of my furniture (its mostly cheap Ikea) rather than moving it? Any tips woud be awsome!!
