I know some folks that immediately moved to South America after the Fukushima incident. They are still there and not planning on coming back.
Generally, on media, I rely on non-US based media sources but most times my concerns are pretty close to home. I really don't need to hear about worldwide chaos when chaos near to home is so much more interesting. Much smaller news, but for the close by stuff we usually know the who that is doing the what and with the whom which adds to the interest factor. Guess small town gossip is just more interesting than news.
