A friend, or, shall I say ex-friend, of mine, just bought one of these,

Shark Shield SURF7 is the Worlds Only Scientifically Proven Shark Deterrent Technology for Surfing.

We're going out tomorrow morning for a little experiment. Seeing as he was,, I mean, is, new to the Islands, tomorrow should be perfect, been raining, so the water is dirty. Surf is up a bit, so it will be choppy and turbid, all the better. Just to make sure some tigers may be attracted to the area he's paddling in, he's going to wear a 'good luck' charm, (I told him an aku belly tied VERY securely around the ankle is a Hawaiian amakua, heard that from someone who knows someone who used to talk to some Hawaiian guy, well, part Hawaiian guy, who may or may not have said something to that affect, close enough for Hawaii). He's going to paddle WAY out, then jump off his kayak and flail in the water for a bit. I'll be keeping close watch. (from shore)

I'll keep this website updated as to the results.

Uuuurrrrppppp, research is a thwankless job

How'd that 'W' get in there?
