Default Waimea to Waikoloa--it's green!

I drove yesterday from Hilo to Waikoloa to show property...the drive from Waimea to Waikoloa was so green. I haven't seen it look so good in quite a while. Wish I could have stopped for a photo.

I did, however, take this at one of the properties we looked at.....imagine pulling up at a home to have these guys greet you!

Go Warriors!

It's fairly common to see wild turkeys and goats on the highways from Waimea to Kona or on Waikoloa Beach Road...but we were right in the middle of the Village! The house we were seeing was vacant, but the neighbors were all home. These guys looked a little annoyed that we disturbed them, then they just wandered over to the next house. It certainly was an unusual way to start the day!

Wow! um, weren't your clients interested in the house's rafters and not a "rafter" of turkeys?!

rafter=flock of turkeys
