Default Utilities in Leilani Estates

Does anyone know if all of the lots that are for sale in Leilani Estates have power to them or if they need to be connected?

To the best of my knowledge, the lots in Leilani are on the "regular" electric system and no SSPP (Special Subdivision Power Policy) fees have to be paid.

Where you position your house on your lot generally determines whether or not you have to pay for additional poles...

(If the lots you are looking at happen to be in Increment 1, the information may be different, you will want to verify...)
