Smile Caps

I think this State should put a cap on many things.

On cars, people, gas, and everything not locally homegrown.

Carbon-monoxide from cars are not only polluting Hawaii eco-system from mauka to makai,, but causing serious traffic problems which in turn causes even more pollution. Especially while vehicles are at a stand-still in traffic and cars are running.

Hawaii is a small place and the State Gov should put a cap on car sales and cars coming into Hawaii (for sale).

As for people, there are so many nuts running loose on the mainland states and coming here it's a pity. 100's of mainland homeless were actually given tickets (flights) to come here because of the weather up there. Not only are homeless people in the states crazy, but even those not homeless... you see it almost every day. These people are killing raping on the mainland on a daily basis. From schools to colleges to post-offices. It has actually caught-on here with the Xerox slaughter.

Hawaii is a small place and the State Gov should put a limites cap on how many can live in Hawaii.

As for gasoline ... this is where cars, traffic and pollution comes in. Since Hawaii is a small place using power from the sun is a super idea. True, people like looking cool in vehicles running on gas, but it's still ONLY a car no matter how you look at them. Hawaii natural environment has everything a community could ask for. Using the sun stops pollution, and although traffic may still exist, at least the islands will now be poisonless.

And who knows... maybe a poisonless community of peoples attitudes may change in how one looks at one another without harming themselves or others.

I think the State should think about all the above for future generations, Our Children.

Most of the things you want to cap are the result of:

Children.

Too many of them.

I agree with you that many things are being badly impacted by too many people in the islands.

Problem: many things are being badly impacted by too many people on the mainland. And in Europe. And in China. And in India. And in ...........

This is not a Hawaiian problem. It is a World problem.

Hank

Well I don't think the state government would even have the legal authority to put a cap on people coming to and from (so long as they're citizens/legal aliens of the United States). As for the whole homeless bit about them getting plane tickets...what is your source for that (please include a link).
