Fabric stores on Oahu
Can anyone recommend a good decorator fabric store on Oahu? I havn't had any luck with i'net, or yellow page seaches, because all I am finding is aloha print or asian print fabrics, though beautiful, they are not what I am looking for at this time. Thanks for any suggestions.

My wife has two suggestions. Fabric Mart (she goes to the one in Kaneohe, and there's one on Kalakaua) and June Fabrics, on N School street, which she says is a warehouse, wholesale prices. Roll upon roll upon roll of fabric stacked on tabes, with some very elegant fabric in the back of the store. She says the prices are very good.

Hello everyone. Thanks to this site, I found June Fabrics and bought some great upholstery fabric. Please note that the store has moved to Austin Lane, very near the Like Like. The selection of upholstery fabrics is not large, and you really have to be patient and hunt, but the prices are great. I am happy. P.S. FANTASTIC selection of Hawaiin and Batik prints, great prices, and the owners are very nice and helpful, which cannot be said of Fabric Mart.

Awesome! Thank you! I wasn't even looking for this, but I've been wanting to make some curtains and didn't see anything I liked at Wal-Mart (other than this awesome pink penguin fabric that I made a blanket out of). I'll check it out.
