In my experience and opinion. The local "college educated" women often have little interest with other locals. Especially if you have $$$'s

Why is that in quotes? You're either college educated or you're not.

Uh hum.......

Wow. Just, wow...

Almost every woman I'm friends with is college educated, and married to college educated locals.

Yeah...that's not how quotes work in general, but especially on a forum. It's basically the equivalent of saying "so-called" unless you're actually quoting something or someone.

If you must know.

There can be a bunch of different reasons for that, in places where they work a lot of hours, they date from the work pool... Weird you guys don't have an "no go" for dating co-workers though. You should be dating a lot of different people in your youth, meaning backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures etc.

Your first post had a nasty tone to it. And I suspect how you wrote it meant different than you explanation when called on it.

So called? "college educated? Very disparaging. But I understand that you exposure is to a limited portion of Hawaii.

That was my first post, that is nasty? We can agree to disagree.

It is disparaging to refer to people as college educated? Hmmm, in my experience, the college educated local women on Oahu tend to be more worldly than the non college educated counterparts - and in my opinion, I've tend to see those women gravitate toward white male mainlanders with a perceived perception they have more life experiences than other local counterparts. Not sure how that is disparaging.

Exposure to a limited portion of Hawaii?? Uh, excuse me - due to the nature of my job, I've made over 300 trips to the BI, 150+ to Kauai and Maui, and 20+ to Molokai and Lanai - so, I think I believe I have a decent handle on the nuances Hawaii. Just because I choose to not spend time in Waianae unless I have to - and I've had times I have to, doesn't make the time limited.

And lastly, who bans dating co-workers? Managers dating subordinates is fairly common, co-workers?

Well, maybe...until Weinstein made his latest disgusting faux pas...

You mentioned that Oahu was a 'Dating paradise for caucasians'..white and Asian women flocked to them..
you seem like a sharp and cognizant guy..
I'm sure you realize that those women, in most cases, are dating not the fat white guys, but their fat wallets buttoned in their back pockets.

As previously stated, putting things in quotes has the connotation of being sarcastic or saying "so-called". If you had put that phrase in italics or underlined it, it would have given emphasis like you were attempting to do. But I also question your assumption that people are so dense that you needed to emphasize the subject of a single simplistic sentence with unnecessary punctuation.
