Default New Urgent Care and Health Clinic

Hi I am a family practice Nurse practitioner in Honolulu looking to open up a new urgent care and primary health care clinic in Maui. Where do you suggest one is needed? I know that the busy area are Kehei, Wailuku, Lahaina, and Kahalui. Are they too populated for me to open up a clinic there to be successful or should I go to the more rural areas? What about Paia? or Kapalua or Hana? What are some of the barriers I may come up against? Any nurse practitioners out there that can help me out who have jumped through the hoops already?
