Default Fern Acres
I would like to hear some pros and cons on Fern Acres. I know that the property sizes are 2 acre lots and there are dirt roads, as oppose to paved. Can anyone shed any light on the crime, drug, reputation of that subdivision?

Anything, would be greatly appreciated.
