Default Planning to get MBA in Honolulu. Never been to HI

MBA in HI?
I am planning on completing my MBA in Hawaii in the Fall. I have applied to both HPU Downtown and UH at Manoa. I would like some insight/feedback on the two schools from a few grad students who have or are attending each regarding campus life, classes, quality, etc. I am very interested in a culturally diverse experience. I love to surf and that has some influence on my choice of Hawaii, but the education is still my number 1 priority.

Also, any recommendations on housing would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your advice!
