Default reliable cell phone providers in Oahu?
Hello all!

I am moving to Oahu on August 1st and am trying to straighten a few things out first. I want to get a good cell phone plan. What cell phone providers get good service on Oahu? I am going to be living in the Hawaii Kai area and need to straighten this out for work reasons before I get there.

Any advice would be appreciated!

pulver1101 is on a distinguished road
we had alltel which did great but had no stores so we switched over to verizon and they do really good here. on oahu island they have good coverage the other islands are a bit more fuzzy i believe.

I use Verizon on the mainland and on Oahu.

Guess you've never visited upstate NY. Cell phone hell. It's SO much better in Hawaii!!! (at least on Oahu and Kauai, except out at Polihale, but if I'm going there it's because I WANT to get away from it ALL).

Just one more great thing about Hawaii.
