Default How do I follow housing prices?

Aloha all.... does anyone know a website which posts housing data on a monthly basis for Hawai'i? Hopefully it keeps old data too......basically, I want to monitor the housing market in Hawai'i closely over the next 3 years before I move there...... just interested

www.hawaiiinformation.com sometimes the listing are a little old. but i would buy now because in 3 years the prices are gonna go up.

Any "housing data" will be a composite of various areas. That's fine, but some areas may move in the opposite direction to the composite, or in the same direction, but at a different rate.

If you are thinking about buying in a particuar area (or a few areas), I would pick a half dozen or more houses (or condos) in that/those areas, and look at them periodically on Zillow. That way, you can watch the price moves of individual houses.

Sign in to Zillow, and when you pick some houses, save them in your "Favorite Homes".

Zillow also shows a graph of prices over several years.
