Greetings,
I've visited Hawaii 4 times; always been fascinated about living in Hawaii (no place in particular) but the job is keeping me in the mainland.
I plan to move there once I retire from my job. Most likely will buy land and build from there. The other option is to buy a condo and rent it out for now, then move up later when I am ready.
Can you provide me recommendations (pros and cons) such as:
- Best location for seclusion and peaceful surroundings (Big Island and Maui probably are the candidates)
- Affordability (I think of the Big Island).
