HE THREW AWAY A GECKO????!!!!! Man, that is like begging for it. The Gecko could be your "Amakua", Gaurdian Angel. The more of them you have around your hale, as in house, the better. If you want to attract them, just put a lamp next to a window at night, put a little sugar water on the window sill, it attracts fruitflies, fruitflies attract the geckos, they'll have a little gecko luau, and all will be forgiven!!! It's also great entertainment, especially when a gecko goes for something a little out of it's league, and the moth starts flying off, with the gecko still holding on!!!Yep, I'ld put a dozen geckos up against a can of Raid any day of the week, and, THEY'RE SAFE FOR THE ENVIORNMENT!!!!, course, you do have to clean up a little gecko kukae, as in crap, every now and then,........................When I first moved here, way back in 1975, my closest friends were Akina, Moikea, and Awai, guess I got lucky, one haole with three Hawaiian buddies, thats why I never had any pilikia, as in problems, with other locals here on Maui, in 33 plus years, maybe two occaisions..

Aloha
