Halloween (Wailua Homesteads, Kilauea, Wailua: homes, neighborhood, area)

First time here for Halloween and have been told in my area Kilauea Kauai to expect about 500 ghosts and goblins. I am prepared and look forward to maybe finally meeting some of the parents of the kids in the neighborhood. Been here for over 3 months now and my 2 girls have about 25 friends in the area, but so far have met only 2 parents.

Our first time here too (Wailua Homesteads, Kauai), not sure what to expect. But I only have about 200 candies, so the light might go out early!

My son, his cousin and some friends are actually up Bresdo's way, in Kilauea. I hear it is one of the "places to be" for kids, this evening.
