Looking for Property Managment Company
We got a small place in Mililani that we are renting and our current property management rep is not so good. The company can't even do the simple monthly statement when remitting our balance of the rent.
We keep hearing about companies NOT to use, however, we were wondering if renters and property owners can recommend good property management companies.
We're looking for a property manager, that can work with owners that may live in another state, comfortable with using the internet and email, and responsive to calls from the renters, as well as the owners.
