Default Is Waianae Mall Shopping Center any good?

Hi,

I'm doing some research on the Waianae Mall Shopping Center and would appreciate any insights from locals. Is it the main place to shop/hang out in that area? Where do local residents go for shopping/entertainment?

Thanks for all your help!
Josh

P.S. The mall is located along Farrington Highway in Waianae on Oahu.

Sorry, I don't live on that island. Why would folks want to hang out at a shopping center when they can go to the beach or their friend's house?

What does "any good" mean? It's a neighborhood shopping center, not a "mall" in the mainland sense of the term. "Any good" compared to what? Ala Moana? I think you'll get better answers if you give us a little more info about the kind of research and ask more pointed questions. I did advertising work for malls and airports on the mainland for 20 years -- "good" is a relative term.

Perhaps, it means whether or not the Wai'anae Mall Shopping Center is worth $32.8 million.

Yeah, maybe. I'd be shocked if it's "worth" $13.7M more than it was in 2005, though, when the asking price was $23M and it sold for $19.1M. I'd also be shocked if that's the nexus of the OP's question, but who knows?
