Help...need GOOD property manager
We're so sick of the property manager we hired to manage my sister-in-law's condo. They suck and I can't find anyone (renter or owner) with anything good to say about their experience with property managers. Can anyone recommend a property manager that is attentive to the owners and the renters? Please...anybody....?

I'll ask a friend of mine on Oahu who is a commercial manager, if she knows any good residential ones.

Ah, I'm presuming you are looking for one on Oahu?

I guess there's no good ones, or someone would have probably spoken up by now...
Why is it that you never hear of any good Management companies? You'd think that any company that takes 10% of what you make from a rental would want to do their best to keep the money coming in.

We (as renters) are happy with the property manager we've been dealing with. Not sure how the owner feels... we never talk to the owner! What is it you're unhappy with, out of curiosity? DM me, if you want her info (I'll check with her first about it).

Yes, we're looking for a company that manage's Oahu properties. The small apartment is located in Mililani. I'm hearing that because we're small money most companies will not be interested.

Try Kuchler & Company, and speak to Phillip. He's a pretty cool guy. He's been in real estate for a while. Should be in the phone book. Tell 'em Robert referred you.
