Not a chance! We're not even halfway through this mess we're in. There's only a few guys I really listen to with regard to economic analysis and predictions. Most of the other so-called experts never saw this crisis coming, including our State's economists. So why should anyone listen to them? Things are going to become much worse. |

Lopaka, how low do you think Oahu's average sales price (not median listing price) for a single family home will fall to? And, how long do you think it will take?
